The sea, the lagoon, the ground engorged by the sun and the works of men, wine growers, fishermen and seafood producers, provide us with the succulent local produce that we openly invite you to savour.
From the birth of Marseillan, vines have always represented one of the most important local economic activities. The vineyards were reconstructed at the end of the 19th century using two different grape varieties: Clairette and Picpoul. Of the traditional grape varieties, such as "Terret Bourret", these are associated to the enhancing varieties (Sauvignon, Chardonnay) which contribute great quality to the white wines. We may equally appreciate within the red wines (Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon) and the rosés (Syrah, Grenache), the accomplishment of effort.
